If you’re feeling scattered and desiring structure, start with these simple lifestyle shifts. Small lifestyle shifts have a massive impact (that’s kinda my whole shtick). Some of these things may seem obvious but I’m stating them here anyway because sometimes you need a reminder, particularly when things get hectic. And, even if your life is hectic right now, resolve to always do the following.

- Shower morning and night
- Brush your teeth morning and night
- Make your bed when you wake up
- Drink (half your body weight in ounces, minimum) water daily
- Wear clean clothes only and always
- Don’t leave dirty dishes anywhere (your bedroom, livingroom, table, or in the sink)
- Set a weekly cleaning schedule for your home and your laundry
- Empty your bags (backpacks, purses, etc.) when you get home. Put your belongings back in their homes and get rid of any garbage.
- Always be on time to wherever you’re going / Never be late
- Build relationships that don’t involve speaking negatively about others / Don’t gossip
